Thanks to the RGPD published in May 2018, users have gained more rights in the control of their personal data and websites must now be more responsible for this data.

As part of these changes, Cap d’ail is delegating its role as DPO to the manager of Minerall Group, Patrick Donato, who is responsible for monitoring the application of data protection for users.

The event office of the town of Cap d’ail collects your personal data in 3 cases:

  • When using the contact form
  • When you sign up for the newsletter
  • When you book an event
